Mark Loubier, President
Mark is the founder of LCS Wireless, Inc. and began his wireless industry career in 1994. He has held various management positions with SBA Communications in FL, SC, KS, and CA. Mark also worked for Sprint, Global Signal, and HPC Development as VP of Operations. He grew up in Maine and attended college in Boca Raton, FL. Mark graduated in 1994 from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Business Management.
Pam Cook, Vice President of Operations Pam is an original member of the LCS team. She has held a wide range of positions with Arcadias Engineering and SBA Communications over a 20-year career in the industry. Pam is originally from Greenville, SC, and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University that she earned in 1993.
Rebecca Mroz, Vice President of Leasing and Tower Management Becky joined LCS in 2011 and has a background in several aspects of business law and insurance claim negotiations. Since then, she’s held multiple roles with the company ranging from leasing manager to operations manager. Becky is from Baltimore, MD.
Peter Finelly, Director of Finance Peter has over 14 years of experience in wireless communications, specializing in turnkey project management for major carriers, including Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Peter was also a project manager on a national FedEx project. He is a 1998 graduate of Xavier.
Devon Cartwright, Site Acquisition Manager Devon came on board in 2012 and has developed extensive industry experience with LCS. He specializes in providing project management support for site development throughout the Southeast region. Devon graduated with a degree in Communications and Media Studies from NC State, where he also played baseball.
